President Lukashenka directs that commission be formed to control use of donations for referendum

Minsk, 4 October. President Alyaksandr Lukashenka has directed that a national public commission should be formed for control over the use of funds accumulated in a special account to finance the forthcoming national referendum. The president has also ordered about three billion rubels to be withdrawn from this account to finance district commissions for the referendum.
